Can I speak to someone?

Yes, we are a real company with real people on the end of the phone. Simply call us on 0845 257 0245 during office hours (9am - 5pm). Our customer service team are able to answer any questions you have about the products you may be interested in and also give advice on other products that may be relevant. They are also able to help you with any after sales issues.

What If I don't like what i've ordered? 
We adhere to distance selling regulations which give you the right to return the items within 7 days at your expense. We can also arrange to collect the item via our carriers for a charge. The goods however must be unused and in their original packaging and in a saleable condition to qualify for a refund of the price of the product excluding the original shipping cost if relevant.

Are all the products you sell guaranteed?
All the products we sell are covered by the manufacturers guarantee which varies from brand to brand and product to product. Feel free to contact us should you need more information.

Are my credit card details safe with you?
 The payments are processed via Secure Hosting using 3D Secure. Your full payment details are not passed to us for additional security.

Do you take orders over the phone?
We are happy to take your order over the telephone if you prefer. However with telephone orders we only ship to the cardholders address and may need to make further security checks. You can call us Monday to Saturday between 9am and 5pm.

How quickly do you answer e-mails?
We check our e-mails throughout the day and try to answer everyone the same day. Normal office hours are 9am-5pm.

How quickly can I receive my order?
If we receive your order before 12pm Monday - Friday we dispatch the order the same day. You have the option of our standard delivery which is 2-3 working days or our express delivery which is 1-2 working days at an extra cost. There are some exceptions to this, but these are clearly communicated on the product details page.

What if I require a repair?
From time to time things go wrong, either through manufacturing fault or accidental damage. In both cases we can arrange for a repair of you product either in house by our experienced engineer or by sending the item back to the manufacturer for repair. Manufacturing faults are of course covered by the manufacturers warranty, however accidental damage is chargeable and we will be happy to quote for any such repair. In some cases it may be more suitable to send a replacement part directly to you. If you need to send your product back to us it will need to be suitably packed for transit, if the packaging is not suitable damage may result during transit which we would not be responsible for.

Do you ship outside the UK?
At the moment we do not ship outside the UK, sorry.
